took place XIX International Grain Round «Grain market – yesterday, today, tomorrow» in Gelendzhik, Krasnodar Region.
More than 1200 representatives from 29 countries of the world took part in the event including Russian Federation, USA, UK, Vietnam, France, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Denmark, the Netherlands, Turkey, Singapore, UAE, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and other countries.
Traditionally the General sponsor of the Round was Group of Companies «KRASNODARZERNOPRODUKT».
Sponsors of the Round were: Trade House «RIF», «SkovsKorn», «Taban Gıda», Group of companies «BI Granum».
Official Maritime Partner was LLC «Inflot MA».
Sponsor of the VIP-Dinner was Group of companies «SKAT», sponsor of the Registration – LLC «Liliani», sponsor of the Coffee-breaks – LLC «Introforus».

Traditionally International Grain Round «Grain Market – yesterday, today, tomorrow» began its work with a solemn greeting of the President of the Russian Grain Union Arkady Zlochevskiy.
Greeting from the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Dmitry Patrushev was read out by the deputy director of the Department of Economics, Investment and Market Regulation of the agro-industrial complex Dmitriy Fedyushin.
The round was proceeded with the speech of Vice-President of the Russian Grain Union Alexander Korbut, floor was then given to the Russian economist, partner at Matrix Capital - Evgeny Gavrilenkov, who revealed to the participants the current situation in macroeconomics.
Deputy Director of the Department of Economics, Investment and Market Regulation of the agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Dmitriy Fedyushin told the participants about the possibilities of state support of the Ministry, he was joined by Arkady Zlochevskiy, who also expressed his position on this issue.
Later reports were made by Salis Karakotov - General Director of JSC «Schyolkovo Agrochim» and Varvara Burlevich - Head of the Department of Strategy and Monitoring of behavior of taxpayers of Control Department of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.
The second session was dedicated to technologies, loans, investments, trade financing, risk management.
Reports were made by following speakers: Maria Kolobova - senior Research analyst at McKinsey & Company, Elena Kultysheva - Sales Director in LLC «Foss Electric», Natalya Zudina - Deputy Director General in JSC «Rosagroleasing», Armen Nalbandyan - General Director of LLC «Liliani», Oleg Aleksandrov - Head of the Project at LLC «Kombaynovy Zavod» Rostselmash».
Special interest was aroused by workshops by INTL FCStone Financial Inc., JSC «Schyolkovo Agrochim» and PJSC «Sberbank».
American analyst Matt Ammermann, Vice President for the Eastern Europe/Black Sea Region at INTL FCStone Financial Inc. presented an overview of global markets and price risks.
Salis Karakotov moderated the workshop of JSC «Schyolkovo Agrochim». Alongside presentations were also made by Irina Burya - leading scientific consultant-technologist at JSC «Schelkovo Agrohim» and Tatiana Gagkaeva - Ph.D., Leading Researcher, Laboratory of Mycology and Phytopathology, All-Russian Research Institute of Plant Protection (VIZR). They spoke about the role of new agricultural technologies in improving the competitiveness of agricultural producers.
Workshop organized by PJSC Sberbank took place in the next room. The Bank's employees told about new products for financing of participants in the agricultural market, as well as about the transactions that have already been successfully implemented by the Sberbank team. Among speakers were: Evgeniya Minakova - Sales for Commodity Markets, Global Markets Department, Yuriy Vorobiev - Director, Senior Sales for Commodity Markets, Global Markets Department and Aleksey Kirichenko - analyst, Global Markets Department.
In the evening participants of the Round played football, water polo and table tennis.

The third session «New crop year - results of the last season and trends of development of the agri food sector and grain market» began with the presentation by Thomas Houghton - Senior Editor at Census Commodity Data Ltd. (UK). Another world expert joined the talk - Alexander Bobylev, senior pricing specialist, ÅÌÅÀ, S & P Global Platts.
The session was continued by representatives of Kazakhstan and Ukraine: Viktor Aslanov - Director of the research office «Grain&Oilseeds» (Kazakhstan), Andrey Druzyaka - Board Member of ZERNO UA.
In the conclusion of the business part of the Round, a panel discussion took place with leading experts of the Russian grain market. The forecasts were presented by Dmitry Rylko - General Director of IKAR, Vladimir Petrichenko - General Director of LLC «ProZerno», Igor Pavensky - Director of Strategic Marketing Department in JC «Rusagrotrans», Arkady Zlochevskiy - President of the Russian Grain Union.
Report was also presented by Yulia Koroleva - Director of FSFI «Federal Centre of Quality and Safety Assurance for Grain and Grain products».
Participants also paid their interest to the workshop organized by A.G.A Partners Law Firm. Among speakers were: Aminat Suleymanova, Managing partner, attorney-at-law, Ivan Kasynyuk and Irina Moroz, both Partners, attorneys-at-law. Participants had a long and active discussion with lawyers on the issues of international contract.
The XIX International Grain Round ended with the gala-dinner with the traditional awarding of the Sponsors of the conference with diplomas of the Russian Grain Union.
