In the Conference took part 312 representatives from 19 countries including Russia, USA, Great Britain, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Syria, Egypt, Singapore, as well as Ukraine and Kazakhstan.

The first session was moderated by the Deputy Governor of the Krasnodar Territory Evgeny Gromyko.

In the Conference frameworks problems of government regulation of agrifood markets were considered, as well as situation at world and regional grain and oilseeds markets, problems of shortage and overproduction, forecasts of grain production, price dynamics and market conditions, transport and financial infrastructure development were displayed. Particular attention was paid to new instruments of commodity financing and grain business insuring.

First session New season: new problems of state regulation of the agro-food marketswas opened by its moderator Evgeny Gromyko with the report on grain market situation in the Krasnodar Territory. He informed Conference participants that this year record crops have been collected in the Kuban Region, that has once again proved that agribusiness can be efficient and profitable not only in one particular region but in the whole country. In the sessions frameworks with the detailed report performed Director of Agrifood market regulation and infrastructure development department of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Sergey Sukhov.

Search for balance of interests between government and grain business was effected by the President of the Russian Grain Union Arkady Zlochevskiy.

At the end of the first session an answer to the question concerning adequacy of state regulation at agricultural insurance market found Deputy General Director of Ingosstrakh Nikolay Galushin. Further plans of the United Grain Company were displayed in the speech of the companys Deputy General Director Aram Gukasyan.

Great interest among Conference participants caused the second session The situation at world grain and oilseed markets: conditions and long-term trends where world grain and oilseeds outlooks were presented by President of AgResource (USA) Dan Basse, Global Macro Ingredients Manager of Provimi Holding B.V. (The Netherlands) Stephane Delodder and Commodity Risk Management Consultant Eastern Europe of FCStone (USA) Dan Hofstad.

The second session was moderated by General Director of IKAR Dmitry Rylko.

As two years ago at the XVth Annual International Conference Black Sea Grain and Oilseeds 2009/10 the real excitement among Conference participants caused the world grain outlook 2011/12 performed by the AgResource President Dan Basse.

In the sessions frameworks Deputy Director on Agribusiness of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (Great Britain) Peter Bryde covered the problem of implementation of grain warehouse receipts at the territory of the Russian Federation.

Third session Regional grain and oilseed markets: from shortage to overproduction?moderated by Vice-president of the Russian Grain Union Alexander Korbut was opened by First Deputy General Director of Rusagrotrans Oleg Rogachev with the report covering grain cargos railway transportation problems.

Within the session Head of agricultural laboratory of SGS Vostok Limited Andrey Tolcheevperformed with a brief outlook on Russian grain quality of crop-2011. Personal vision at Russian grain and oilseeds market reflected General Director of IKAR Dmitry Rylko, in detail oilseeds market was covered by General Director of ProZerno Vladimir Petrichenko. The view at Black Sea grain market situation of both Ukraine and Kazakhstan was expressed by General Director of UkrAgroConsult (Ukraine) Sergey Feofilov and President of Kazakhstan Union of Grain Processors and Bakers Evgeny Gan.

In the upshot of the Conference the Round table of grain market experts was held moderated by Editor-in-chief of Krestianskie vedomosti, Media-group Igor Abakumov with the participation of hairman of Board of directors of Altay mills, Ltd. Valery Gachman, President of the Russian Grain Union Arkady Zlochevskiy, General Director of the National Union of Pig-breeders Yury Kovalev, General Director of ProZerno Vladimir Petrichenko, General Director of IKAR Dmitry Rylko and General Director of Beliy Dvor, Group of Companies Artem Ekushevskiy.
