More than 280 representatives took part in the work of the V International Agro-technological Conference «AgroHighTech – XXI Volga’s Vector» on March 2, 2016 in the Government House in Saratov (Russia). The Conference was organized by the Russian Grain Union together with Schyolkovo Agrochim, with assistance of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Administration of the Saratov Region.

JSC "Schyolkovo Agrochim"   was the general partner of the conference, PJSC “Sberbank” was the official partner, LLC "AGROPROMSERVIS" and LLC Agroindustrial Complex "AST Company M" were the conference sponsors, JSC Management Company "IFK" was the registration sponsor.

In the frameworks of V International Agro-technological Conference following topics were tackled:  the effectiveness of government support measures for solving the problems of technological modernization and land reclamation, innovations in agribusiness, impact of climate change on the agricultural sector in the region - risks and opportunities, the best practice in the technological modernization of farms- how to get the maximum profit, the forecast of grain and oilseeds market’s conjuncture and others.

Ceremonial opening of the Conference was attended by Valeriy Radaev, Governor of the Saratov Region, Vladimir Kapkaev, Chairman of the Saratov Regional Duma of the fifth convocation, Tatyna Kravtseva, Minister of Agriculture of the Saratov region.

The theme of the first session was New challenges of the agrarian sector of the Russian Federation – risks and opportunities for development. Presidium consisted of  Arkady Zlochevsky, President of the Russian Grain Union, Lyudmila Pridanova, First Deputy General Director of JSC "Rosagroleasing",  Andrey Sokolov, Managing director, Head of the department of development of large and medium businesses PJSC “Sberbank” and Salis Karakotov, General Director of JSC "Schyolkovo Agrochim".

At the end of the first session Arkady Zlochevsky, President of the Russian Grain Union, presented diplomas to the General partner JSC "Schyolkovo Agrochim", the official partner PJSC “Sberbank”, to sponsors LLC "AGROPROMSERVIS" and LLC Agroindustrial Complex "AST Company M" and to the registration sponsor JSC Management Company "IFK".

  

  

The second session of conference was devoted to methods of increase of efficiency in plant growing: challenges and opportunities for agricultural sector of the Russian Federation and the Volga region.

Alexander Korbut, Vice-President of the Russian Grain Union, has opened the second session. Than spoke Ludmila Kochetkova, Deputy Director of the Department of Land Reclamation of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.

Salis Karakotov, General Director of JSC "Schyolkovo Agrochim", Doctor of Chemical Sciences, corresponding member of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences, spoke about management of technological risks.

Herbert Lisso, Marketing Director of agricultural enterprise «Neuseeland» (New Zeeland), awarded with prize for innovation in Precision Farming 2010, expert of the cooperative project «German-Russian Agripolicy Dialogue», spoke in his report about the experience of 20 years' work of precision farming in Germany.

  

The second session continued with presentation by Aleksey Trubnikov, General Director of LLC “Agrokultura”, on use of "big data" for incensement of efficiency and transparency of plant growing.

The third session «Technological modernization - how to get maximum income» began with presentation by Evgeny Korchevoy, Director of Rosagromash association. Alexey Shveytsov, Commercial Director of JSC «Kombaynovy Zavod» Rostselmash» continued the session with the report: "The state of agricultural machinery in Russia. Retrospective. Forecasts and Rostselmash machinery".

  

Also during the session the reports were made by Armen Nalbandian, Director of LLC “LILIANI” and Vladimir Kurashenko,  who operates on regional development of JSC ”Peterburgsky Traktorny Zavod”.

The conference «AgroHighTech – XXI Volga’s Vector» ended with the round table of experts on the topic «The grain market in the new season - what to expect and what to plant?». Arkady Zlochevsky, President of the Russian Grain Union, Vitaly Shamayev, General Director of JSC «AGROSPIKER», Vyacheslav Kitaychik, Commercial Director of JSC «Solnechnye produkty» took part in the round table.
