Since 2004 The Russian Grain Union has been actively developing the system of the grain region unions which have the mission to get along well cooperation between region agencies of administration (АПК) and agro-industry representatives firstly. It will not only enhance efficient usage of budget funds providing, but it will also activate implementing of high technologies of the grain crops manufacture and improve the data ware of  the agro-producers activity.
